Questions
Do we have to roll it out to our whole company?
No. You choose exactly who gets a seat — it can be just you to start. Your company domain is only used to tell internal meetings from external ones; nobody else is added or affected.
Can I try it on my own first?
Yes. The free trial covers the first seat, so you can set up your rules and see how they work before paying anything. Teammates you add after that join on the paid plan.
How does Remindavo know a meeting is external?
It looks at the email addresses of the people invited. If anyone is from a domain other than your company's, the meeting is external. You can add other domains your company uses (for example a subsidiary) so they count as internal. Meeting rooms and guests who declined are ignored.
What counts toward the 100 phone calls?
Only calls placed to your phone number. Reminder calls that ring through the Remindavo app on iPhone and Android are unlimited and don't count. Each person on the team gets 100 phone calls a month.
What if we need more users or more calls?

Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar and Outlook. Rules use each meeting's guest list to tell internal and external meetings apart.
Does every person on the team have to use the same rules?
