What professionals in Italy say

"I manage client calls across Milan, London, and New York every week. My TIM number gets called 30 minutes before each meeting — it's the only reminder that actually reaches me when I'm deep in analysis work. I haven't been late to a client call since I started using it."

— Marco F., Strategy Consultant, Milan

Why it works

A ringing phone can't be ignored

Push notifications disappear. Emails get buried. A phone call is impossible to miss — which is why Remindavo users show up to meetings they would otherwise forget.

Real phone call, not a notification

Your phone rings — a real voice call to your +39 number. Works on TIM, Vodafone Italia, Wind Tre, Iliad, and Fastweb. Works whether your phone is on silent, in your pocket, or in another room.

Reads your calendar automatically

Connect your Google Calendar or Outlook once. Remindavo monitors it continuously and calls you before every event — no per-meeting setup, no manual alarms to set.

CET / CEST handled automatically

Italy switches between CET (UTC+1) and CEST (UTC+2) twice a year. Remindavo reads event times from your calendar directly — the correct local time is always used, including across the seasonal clock change.

GDPR-compliant

Italy is an EU member state. GDPR applies in full and is enforced by the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. Remindavo collects only your calendar event times and phone number — nothing more.

Reschedules handled automatically

When a meeting is rescheduled in your calendar, Remindavo reads the updated time and adjusts the reminder call automatically. No action needed on your end.

Choose your lead time

Get called 2 minutes before as a final prompt, or 30 minutes before to review your notes and prepare. Set once and Remindavo applies your preference to every meeting, automatically.

Add your Italian phone number

Enter your +39 number. Remindavo places a test call immediately so you know it's working before your next meeting. Works on all Italian mobile and landline numbers.

Choose your lead time

Pick how many minutes before each meeting you want to be called. 30 minutes is ideal for reviewing context; 2 minutes works as a final heads-up.

Done — every meeting is covered

From this point, every event on your calendar gets a reminder call automatically. No per-meeting setup, no alarms to set, no missed meetings because a notification fired unnoticed.

You can request data deletion at any time at web.remindavo.com/delete-account.

What time zone does Remindavo use for Italy?

Remindavo reads event times directly from your Google Calendar or Outlook, which store events in your local time zone.
