Yes. Remindavo supports all three major Bulgarian MNOs — A1 Bulgaria (+359 87, formerly Mtel), Vivacom (+359 88, formerly BTC/Vivatel), and Yettel (+359 89, formerly Telenor Bulgaria) — plus MVNOs including Lidl Connect Bulgaria. When adding your number, select Bulgaria (+359) and enter it without the leading 0 trunk prefix used domestically — for example, 089-123-456 becomes +359 89 123 456.
Yes. Bulgaria is an EU member state (since January 1, 2007) and applies the GDPR as directly applicable law since May 25, 2018. The Bulgarian data protection supervisory authority is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP — Комисия за защита на личните данни, КЗЛД). Remindavo collects only your calendar event times and phone number — no other personal data — and never sells or shares data with third parties. You can request deletion at any time at web.remindavo.com/delete-account.
Remindavo uses EET (UTC+2) in winter and EEST (UTC+3) in summer, following the EU DST schedule — clocks advance on the last Sunday of March and revert on the last Sunday of October. Bulgaria is always exactly 2 hours ahead of the UK, and always 1 hour ahead of Central European countries (Germany, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic). Bulgaria shares the EET/EEST zone with Romania and Greece. Your Google Calendar or Outlook already stores events in UTC, so Remindavo converts correctly without any configuration from you.
Yes. Remindavo works on any Bulgarian mobile number regardless of location — Sofia, Plovdiv (European Capital of Culture 2019), Varna (major Black Sea port and IT hub), Burgas (Black Sea port and energy hub, home to Lukoil Neftochim Bulgaria), Stara Zagora, Ruse (Danube port), Pleven, and all other cities. Bulgarian businesses using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 — including IT and nearshoring operations (Telerik/Progress, VMware/Broadcom Sofia, Ubisoft Sofia, SAP Labs Bulgaria), energy, manufacturing, and tourism — are fully compatible with Remindavo.
Bulgaria uses the Bulgarian Lev (BGN). The lev has been pegged to the euro at a fixed rate of BGN 1.95583 per EUR under a currency board arrangement since 1997 (initially pegged to the Deutsche Mark, then transferred to the euro in 1999). Bulgaria has not yet formally adopted the euro as its currency. Remindavo's subscription is priced in USD ($10/month or $100/year) and billed via our payment processor — your bank applies the BGN–USD exchange rate at the time of payment.
